Monograms and personalizations are the perfect gift for yourself or anyone else in your life. These items are made to order from start to finish.  

Please note the ship timeframes on each personalized style.  Lead times will vary and be frequently updated as items become out of stock|pre-order|back-order etc. I am the only one painter behind the brand which also contributes to longer lead times. These items are carefully and meticulously hand painted and air dried to avoid paint cracking during the process which in turn adds to the delivery time. If the item will take more than the specified days noted in the description due to any reason, you will be contacted by email and will have the option to cancel your order. 

These items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be sure to include proper instructions with your order. Do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Inquiries are answered promptly.

Please be aware that even though these pieces are painted carefully and meticulously, the paint on the baskets WILL chip. This is inevitable as use of the bag pulls on the straw and climates vary. Touch ups on baskets can be done for a small fee depending on condition of touch up needed. If you are unsure about how you feel about the chipping, please do not order as I want you to be 110% satisfied!

The painted areas of leather goods and coated canvas accessories such as Goyard, Louis Vuitton Never Full, Fauxyard totes, and Cuyana totes are made to last. All custom commission items include complimentary touch ups (excluding shipping costs). Touch ups should not be needed but I understand accidents and scrapes can happen.
