SHIPPING + HANDLING
At this time personalized orders have a minimum 3 week lead time which will lead to about a 4 week turnaround. USPS and others continue to have heavy delays and extended delivery windows that can add an additional 1-3 days to your transit time. UPS and USPS currently offer various ground shipping methods and the option that is the most economical with shortest transit time will be applied to orders.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All standard custom monogram orders will be shipped within the time frame specified on this website. At times a bespoke order may be completed and fulfilled before the time frame noted. You will be notified via email once your order is completed. If your order contains both custom and non custom items or pre-ordered and in stock items, they will still be shipped together unless you note otherwise. If you would like the "in stock" product shipped separately you must order your items separately.
In stock product orders that do not contain personalization will ship out within 5 business day of ordering.
At this time rush shipping is not a standard option and only offered upon request. In the event that the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock I will contact you with a follow-up email.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving shipment notification for package to ship and for the shipper to update the tracking status. I am not liable for damaged items in transit or stolen packages. I do my absolute best to make sure boxes are securely taped and protected. If package arrives damaged please contact me immediately to see if anything can be done. Painted items are FRAGILE. Weather affects these items and I cannot prevent what could happen during shipping. I am not liable for baskets or hats arriving with cracked paint as this is something beyond my control. If this concerns you, please do not purchase. It rarely happens but can occur.
Packages are shipped WITHOUT signature required, therefore will be left on doorstep, porch etc. if item does not fit in mailbox. Please be aware of this, and if you have a concern, please ship to your place of work or alternate address.
Shipping prices are a flat rate based on weight. Shipping is not built into products as a courtesy to local customers.

- Priority Mail Package: 1-5 days
- Texas (usually 1 day) | New York (usually 2-3 days) | California (2-3 days) | Florida (2-3 Days)
Local Pick-Up
- Frisco, TX : Purchases can now only be picked up at Mariella's home in north Frisco, TX. If you are able to pick-up here please contact for exact address and info. Please select pickup option if it applies to your order.
- Dallas/Frisco Deliveries: at times I may be able to drop off orders. If you are in the DFW area and place a wedding/large order, chances are I will do my best to hand deliver it. This is complimentary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Mariellavilar.com offers shipping to Puerto Rico and International shipping with USPS. I do not charge additional for any custom clearance fees charged by the government. International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to me. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order
