FAQs

  • The most frequent thought. Mariella is the only person making items and personalizing items. Handmade items take time and the operation post making items takes more time. We strive to get as is items shipped within 5 business days. Personalized items are usually on a 4 week lead time. Painted Sol Savers take 3 days total to complete. This process cannot be rushed as it jeopardizes the integrity and longevity of the paint.

The exception to standard lead times are items that are sold as a Pre-Order. Pre-order items such as the Rancher will be released in batches in order to keep lead times under 5 weeks. Pre-Order items may have lead times as long as 8 weeks depending on when the Rancher “Drops” are released.

  • Local pick-up is an option for anyone in the area willing to pickup their purchase(s) free of charge directly from me NOW in Frisco, Tx. It is definitely more than a hop and a skip from Dallas, but if you’re willing or want to see more product, then Nope, no you did not. However, I like to recycle boxes when possible. Most things will ship in new cardboard boxes but oftentimes orders containing multiple items will not. Why? Well every multi-product order is different. They each vary and sometimes I happen to have a box that just fits a certain item and it's shape perfectly. If that is the case, I will use it and hope you will re-use it again too.

Large group orders in particular are most likely to be shipped in an irregular or recycled box. Baskets and hats are not the easiest thing to pack or find perfect boxes for. Please keep all this in mind.

If an item is shipping directly as a gift it will be shipped in new-unused packaging.

  • Honestly, who likes paying for shipping? I try to keep my shipping costs accurate while also keeping my merchandise prices where they are. I am not big box. More often that not you are underpaying for actual shipping costs.

  • Definitely not. I am an iPhone addicted millennial too. I check emails often and read them all. Most of the time I am on the go and juggling all the things. You will typically get a response within 2 business days. Emails received on weekends will be responded to on the following business day. During holidays and school breaks, response time will be delayed.

  • This is something often out of my control and requires patience. If you receive a shipped and tracking notification email, your box will be on its way within 24-48 hours. If you receive the email after 2pm your package will likely go out the next business day.

That being said, at times USPS in particular can take a while to update the status of an item. Don't panic and just know your box is on its way. I generally say to not check the status until at least 36 hours after receiving the email.

A great tool to stay on top of your package without having to refresh every 5 minutes is to sign up for shipper apps or text alerts. This is a pretty accurate notification service. You can find it on the UPS or USPS website after clicking on your tracking number in your notification email.
